More recently he has moved into selling fresh fish too (direct from Billingsgate) which is very popular. The venison and other game is shot locally on the Woburn Estate. There is an incredible commitment to local produce and giving the customers what they want."

Swanbourne Stores, Swanbourne, Buckinghamshire. Sara says: "This is without doubt the heart of the village and was described in one of its nominations as 'more a village centre than just a shop' - you can't put a price on this level of commitment to community".
