Welcome to the 2007 short lists!

In October 2007 2,500 nominations, the most we have ever had, were whittled down to our regional short lists. Please click on your region in the left hand column to find out who made the 2007 short lists. The calibre was, as ever, exceptionally high, making short listing a very hard task.

Regional judging then took place throughout November and regional winners were announced in December. Regional winners were all invited to a reception at the House of Lords in February 2008, to hear who was selected as the overall UK winners for 2007.  

Regional judging is proving to be a learning curve for our judges!
